As noted here, the Liberal Curse has struck down the University of Southern California Trojans.  The stunning upset last Saturday in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum can be attributed to no other than Barack Hussein Obama. The only highlight in the dreary loss to the Arizona Wildcats was when Blake Olson conducted the Spirit of Troy Marching Band.

Every time a Democrat is in the White House, USC has a poor season. USC was beaten by cross-town rivals UCLA every year that Bill Clinton was in office. Now, with the most Left-wing president in US history seated on Pennsylvania Avenue, we have seen USC fall to the lowly Washington Huskies (who lost every single game last season), Oregon, Stanford and now Arizona.

Arizona will play Nebraska in their bowl game while USC will play Boston College in the Emerald Bowl. Where is the Emerald Bowl? San Francisco, California!

There is a diabolical symmetry here. USC is forced to play in the most Liberal city in America: the city of Gavin Newsom, the Castro District and rampant anti-Christian, anti-military sentiment --against Boston College, Boston being the second most Left-wing town in the USA.

Perhaps Ted Kennedy rose from his grave spinning following the Bruin beat down and placed the Liberal mojo back on the mighty Men of Troy? This is straight out of L. Frank Baum's Wizard of Oz. Matt Barkley is traveling to Liberal " Emerald City" of Frisco to fight the flying monkeys and Wicked Witch (Michelle Obama? Hillary Clinton?) as represented by Boston College. One can only hope Toto will pull back the curtain on the "Wizard" Obama's Nancy Pelosi/David Axelrod/Rahm Emmanuel socialist nightmare in time to get back to Kansas (the Rose Bowl).
