As Alabama is beseiged on all sides by the Obama Department of Justice, the ACLU and the Mexican government, its new H.B. 56 immigration law is having big results.

Marshall County, AL sheriff's deputies arrested Juan Vargas, 28, of Huntsville, on a warrant for sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12.

When deputies checked on the homosexual Vargas' immigration status, it was learned that he is in the United States illegally from his native country of Guatemala. Alabama's new law allow the police to hold him.

This is just one in a long line of illegal alien child rapists tormenting America because of the Obama/Bush/McCain/Perry open borders treason.

In a "Sanctuary City" like Los Angeles, or a DREAM-Act state like Texas, they would let the child rapist out on bail for $1,0000.  Hmmm, how much is your child's innocence worth?  Not much in any sanctuary city or state.

If that upsets you, Rick Perry would say you "do not have a heart."

When Juan Vargas is free, probably with help from the ACLU, I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up as a spokesman for the "LGBT illegal-alien victims-rights crowd." 

If he moves to California, he will get free DREAM Act college tuition, and he might even be governor of California one day!
